4G is the fourth generation of cellular wireless and is a successor to 3G and 2G standards. A 4G represents an upgrade over existing communication networks and is expected to provide much higher speeds in data transmission than its predecessors. Voice, video call, data and streamed multimedia (music and video) will be provided to users on an “Anytime, Anywhere” basis.
